The series of Leyre Delta presented in this book is the result of an order of the Conservatoire du Littoral * on the diked areas of the Bassin d’Arcachon (Gironde) where Leyre discovers the approach from the sea and spreads out into a multitude of arms. Space that is both artificial and natural, the Delta offers a variety landscape reshaped constantly by the tides.
