Né en 1964, Dominique Mérigard est Photographe et graphiste, il a obtenu plusieurs bourses et résidences d’artiste. L’une d’elles, réalisée au Portugal, a donné lieu à la publication aux éditions Filigranes du livre Douro, journal des éléments, nominé parmi les huit meilleurs premiers livres photo en 2004. Au travers de ses photographies, il interroge les notions de temps, de mémoire, de transmission ou de perte, comme dans les séries Témoin S-21 sur le génocide au Cambodge (livre publié aux éditions Le Bec en l’air), ou dans sa série en cours Beauséjour inventaire sur sa maison familiale. Ses photographies sont régulièrement présentées en France et à l’étranger.
Gabriel Bauret collaborateur et rédacteur en chef de plusieurs magazines photographiques, est aujourd’hui commissaire d’exposition et auteur d’ouvrages .
